A Home Framed by Nature

Set within a tranquil bushland reserve, this custom-designed residence by Latitude 37 embraces its natural surroundings through thoughtful, light-filled architecture. From the moment you arrive, the home strikes a careful balance between grounded design and elevated living, with expansive windows and doors framing the landscape in every direction, bringing connection, light, and calmness.

Rylock’s custom designed glazing solutions have been seamlessly integrated throughout to enhance both liveability and lifestyle, responding to the architectural vision and the surrounding natural context.

Framing Light, Garden & Everyday Moments

From the entryway, a 4.8m² Fixed Lite Window sets the tone, showcasing the home’s focus on scale. This connection continues through to the internal void, where a 2.7m high Fixed Lite Window draws daylight through the centre of the home.

In the open plan living and dining areas, garden views are captured from all angles. A 5.4m wide Stacker Door in the dining area opens to a quiet balcony nestled within the treetops, creating a seamless transition between interior spaces and the natural landscape. Adjacent to this, a 5.4 m wide 3 panel Fixed Lite Window frames a lush, panoramic outlook from the lounge, adding depth and softness to the home’s interior.

In the kitchen, a 2.4m wide Fixed Lite Window has been thoughtfully integrated as a splashback, welcoming natural light while framing a lush, green outlook. Paired with premium appliances from UNOX, this space strikes a balance between refined aesthetics and everyday functionality. It’s a light-filled, inviting zone designed for both cooking and connection.

Flow, Function & Architectural Intent

Continuing into the indoor pool area, two Stacker Door each over 4m wide, slide open to encourage cross-ventilation and uninterrupted views of the surrounding garden. These are paired next to 3 panel Fixed Lite Windows that flood the space with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a standout moment. A 4.5m wide Stacker Door opens onto a Juliet style balcony, turning the entire wall into a dynamic façade of glass. This not only captures sweeping views of the bushland but offers a private, elevated retreat that feels both luxurious and grounded.

Built to Embrace the Landscape

From the generous scale of the Fixed Lite Windows to the operability of the Stacker Doors, every Rylock product in this home plays a role in enhancing light, function and flow.

This is a home designed to celebrate its setting, with windows and doors that let it shine.
