We are proud of our manufacturing and QC process, however if there is a manufacturing defect, we will fix it.

Product delivery is usually followed by product glazing and where necessary adjustment and certification; all things we will happily undertake.
Guaranteed 3.5 week delivery to site, once order is cleared into production
Understandably, lead times fluctuate, however once an order is cleared into production, it will be delivered within 3.5 weeks.
Guaranteed 3.5 week supply if Builder orders incorrect product
We understand mistakes can happen. What’s often more costly than the incorrectly ordered window, is the time it takes to receive the replacement. This is why we guarantee a replacement product within 3.5 weeks from Quote – Sales Offer approval of the Remake.
Cost Price Replacement
If a window is ordered incorrectly, we don’t seek to profit from your mistake, rather we will remake the product, charging as close to actual cost associated with correcting the error as we possibly can.
Standard Trading Terms
A lot of companies require 50% deposit, with balance well before delivery. We understand cashflow, therefore a more reasonable 25% deposit is sought, with balance received as cleared funds at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery.
All materials locally sourced, so no concern regarding international shipping or Port clearance delays
It’s not just the product that is Australian Made, most of the materials used are also made in Australia, meaning certainty of supply lines, and therefore delivery.
Only qualified Site Glaziers, and Service Technicians holding the appropriate ticking will be on your building site
Site Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Our professional Team of Glaziers and Technicians hold the appropriate ticketing to conduct work on your site professionally and safely.
Product supplied with a maximum mass of 60kg’s to minimise injury when handling product on site
Aside from an Injury to you, your Team or your subcontractors being painful and debilitating, the Workcover claim, (and effect on future insurance premiums) can be devastating. Therefore, capping our product mass reduces the chance of an injury.
Given the transparent nature of glass, its weight is deceptive, (2,500kg’s per cubic metre). Consider if you really want you or your Team to receive a product fully glazed.
Product Certification
In most cases, certification of the product and service provided are requirements by your Building Surveyor. We therefore provide the required certification at the practical completion of all works.
